💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Studio Bookings & Services

• Deposits for studio sessions are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

 

2. Membership Refunds

• Memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

 

3. Merchandise Refunds & Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
