• Studio sessions require a non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

4. Membership Terms (LoudHouse Space Traveler)

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually.

• Members must follow studio guidelines and adhere to community rules.

• LoudHouse Studios reserves the right to terminate memberships if policies are violated.

 

5. Artist Submissions & Distribution

• Submission of music does not guarantee distribution.

• Artists retain full rights to their music unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Fees paid for submission packages are non-refundable once services begin.

 

6. Intellectual Property
